Rheumatological diseases represent a wide group of autoimmune and nonimmune nosologies, that are often encountered in practice of physician with therapeutic, traumatological and even surgical profile, and require interdisciplinary approach to treatment. This study and methodological guide is devoted to actual problem of rheumatology Seronegative Spondyloarthritis and in particular Ankylosing spondylitis. In the theoretical part of the guide, the material for study of students is presented on the basis of International and Russian recommendations, as well as scientific publications reflecting modern concepts and views on the disease. The material in the text is supported by links to relevant literature sources. This is followed by a block of tests for self-control, which includes questions with both one and several correct answers. Problem-situational tasks (cases) are also presented, and decision to one of them is shown as example. At the end of the guide, X-rays are presented to improve skills of students in interpreting data of instrumental examination. This study and methodological guide will be useful both for students of foreign, medical faculty, as well as practicing doctors of rheumatological profile.
