This book addresses the challenges associated with the evolution of the political communication system in Russia from 2010 to 2020, empha­sizing the impact of digitalization on the various channels and modes of in­ teraction between the government and society. While the book explores different perspectives on political communication and its transformation amid the digitalization of socio-political realities, it primarily focuses on the practical utilization of social media, web technologies, and digital tools to facilitate the interaction between authorities and the general population.
